CONSULTANCY/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT/RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

WHAT
WE DO
RDI is a business development and project management consultancy company as well as a commissioned agent that represents the interest of its clients in the Indo-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, RDI connects companies from the United States and European Union to the procurement partners in ASEAN. With consultant partners in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, RDI promotes the products and services of its customers and oversees the various aspects of the project administration with its on-the-ground teams to ensure that every step is managed safely and smoothly.

Conceptualised as a Research & Development initiative, RDI focuses on acquiring deep knowledge about its customers’ products and services and in return provides extensive assessment about the prospective buyers and partners. We map out the cultural, bureaucratic, and technical challenges with our team of experts. We then provide solutions on how to optimally approach the procurement and secure the contract.

CODE OF CONDUCT

RDI is compliant to the anti-corruption regulations of companies in the US, EU, and Indo-Pacific region. It ensures that all its activities comply with the laws of the procuring agency. We observe a high level of conduct based on compliance to the administrative, cultural, language, and environmental guidelines that are relevant to each project activity. Hence, RDI works with local subcontractors and subconsultants who are aware of the prevailing laws to ensure optimal compliance.

RDI also maintains a high level of information security with its clients and partners in the region to ensure that all aspects of the business development, project conceptualisation, and budget planning remain confidential. We are entrusted to represent the client to the customer and to represent their interest till the completion of required negotiations.
